Two weeks ago, my partner received an unexpected job opportunity to move from Louisville to Jackson, MO, but the job started immediately December 1st! We were panicked. On top of finding a new home and all that entails, we needed a high quality moving company to load our entire house up and transport everything. We needed to be in our new home the day before Thanksgiving. I talked to several movers and some had several employees that wanted to make sure they would be home with their families for this holiday. And weren't interested. Luckily, a neighbor recommended Wildcat Van Lines.- When I called Wildcat Van Lines, I talked to Todd. At that point, because of the logistics it took me to find a place, we only had 4 days before our move-in date. I was panicked. But, Todd was so calm and professional. I immediately felt reassured. The employees were wonderful and extremely helpful. Each of the items that needed to be wrapped up in a pad and/or plastic wrap (like dressers and desks) were carefully taken care of. When we unpacked our boxes and opened drawers, etc. not a single item was broken, scratched or damaged. At my age, one tends to collect a lot of treasured items, like crystal oil paintings, antiques, etc and other easily breakable items. They loaded everything out of a 2nd story unit in a condominium. This involved using an elevator and sometimes carrying heavy objects down two flights of stairs, but working in the rain. The driver then drove a long distance that same night to bring it to my new home. Another crew was ready at 9:00 a.m. to unload everything. I cannot say enough good things about Wildcat Van Lines and Todd. They made the entire experience so smooth and seamless. I was totally impressed. Y’all, let’s start with the obvious so there’s no confusion about this review: Wildcat Van Lines is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I recently moved for work all the way from Georgia to Colorado, and I literally could not be happier that I found Wildcat to get me here. About five years ago, moving across country, I sadly fell prey to a scam company, like so many others have, who damaged my stuff, tripled my price once the truck was loaded, held onto my belongings for months after my arrival, and much much more. Needless to say, I was terrified to get another moving company when this relocation came up. Enter: Todd & Jonathan at Wildcat After the scam experience, I had so many questions and concerns. Todd never wavered at answering calls, text, emails, and frankly, the constant pestering of my super loving mother who was coordinating this move for me (and was equally concerned after knowing my past experience). He was patient, honest, and so, so kind. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and you could just tell by speaking with him that he was a really good guy. During one phone call where we bombarded him with another laundry list of questions, we could hear his dog barking and young child making noise, and we knew that the time he was giving us was precious, yet he gave it away. Every concern literally melted away each time we talked to him. Then on moving day, Jonathan showed up with the truck. He was immediately so warm and friendly. It felt like reuniting with someone you knew in high school. Maybe you didn’t run in the exact same circles, but you remember them being super funny and relatable. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and I felt comfortable with him being in charge of my worldly belongings for the trip across the country. I had a separate storage unit from my apartment in another building, and he happily walked up there with me to gather things, and never once made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. Summary: Wildcat Van Lines was great to work with for my move! The overall experience was frictionless, reassuring, pain free, and stress free which is exactly what I was looking for as moving can be a stressful occurrence. I would 100% recommend them, and I would use them again for any future moves. Loading: 11/08/2025 (Virginia) Unloading: 11/10/2025 (Georgia) Loading (Virginia): I worked with Steven of Wildcat Van Lines as the truck driver and Cavalier Moving for loading. They provided a dedicated truck and worked with local Cavalier Moving for the load. An estimate was provided before loading, and there was a $500 deposit paid before the loading day. Both Steven and Cavalier Moving, with a crew of three, arrived in a timely manner for loading. Loading was performed quickly and professionally. They also deconstructed and loaded my queen size bed frame. Everything was loaded well, and they both went to a secondary site to complete loading without issues. The entire process took about 1.5 hours for my one-bedroom apartment start to finish. It was frictionless, reassuring, and pain free. Cavalier Moving charged a two-hour minimum rate plus mileage, and I was given several options to remit payment after loading was completed. I paid with a debit card, there was a 2.75% fee (no fees for cash payment), and I received a physical/email receipt. I was very satisfied with the outcome of the load. Unloading (Georgia): I worked with Steven of Wildcat Van Lines as the truck driver and Falcon Moving for unloading. They provided a dedicated truck and worked with local Falcon Moving for the unload. Steven of Wildcat Van Lines arrived at the agreed upon time. I received a confirmation text from Falcon Moving the previous morning (November 9th) with the wrong arrival time. I called them and had the time corrected. They arrived an hour late due to traffic. Falcon Moving had a crew of two. Unloading was performed quickly and professionally. Todd from Wildcat did a great job working with me to explain the process and pricing. He got me the answers to my questions very quickly, was very responsive and always available when I needed him throughout the move. His crews were polished, professional and friendly. During the trip I had some personal delays and Todd worked with me to accommodate my situation. This is a great service overall.

I met Todd from Wildcat about 3.5 years ago when he coordinated my long distance move from Virginia to Florida. He did an excellent job and provided great service at a fair price. We leveraged his services again for another long distance move for my wife’s mom from Kentucky to Virginia. Superb job coordinating and great on the ground teams. Most recently we moved back from Florida to Virginia and I only had to make one call. Todd did it again. Highly recommend Todd, Wildcat team and their partner Cavalier Moving in Virginia. Solid company and you can trust your belongings are in good hands.

We just had an interstate move from Florida to Ohio coordinated by Jordan M. and had an amazing experience! I can't tell you how stressful this time was with the fact that we were not going to be in Ohio when our stuff arrived so it had to go to a storage unit, while both selling and buying a home, three very young kids on top of it, and Jordan was incredibly patient at listening to my every silly question, sometimes more than once, and helping me through every step. This was not our first move but was by far the best. From Bull Moving helping us on the Tampa end loading the truck up so quickly and safely, Ashton the driver getting our stuff up to Ohio safely, Jordan planning everything on the back end, and Big Scarlet in Columbus unloading our truck into our storage unit (and trusting them with our storage unit keys!), this ended up being a wonderful and stress free move. Both moving teams, Jordan, and Ashton were all so nice and helpful on top of it all. We are SO grateful and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The guys are incredibly nice, personable, helpful and quick! They took great care to not damage walls (as I had just painted) or items they were moving. Levi has been at 3 of our moves and has packing SKILLS! Damion was a pleasure to work with, as well. Jordan was our overseer and was great at communicating with us to help with our concerns and logistics. Jonathan (our driver) came in and laughed with me when I was losing my mind with stress. Can’t recommend this company enough!! We choose them again and again!

Todd (coordinator) and Jonathan (driver) were exceptionally professional, efficient, and skilled for this move from GA to CO for my daughter. Todd handled ALL my questions and concerns quickly and clearly. Communication exceeded my expectations. The partner companies he coordinated at each end to load and unload the truck were as professional and efficient as Wildcat Movers. Their pricing is also reasonable and competitive. Jonathan was professional, friendly and made my daughter (and me) feel comfortable that her possessions were safe. He arrived in CO before we did and was there Thursday morning - along with the partners in CO doing the actual moving. I cannot praise this company highly enough. I would absolutely recommend them for any move -near or far. Wildcat Movers are the best.
